In addition to representing individuals and
families, Alton & Barclay, LLP has been retained
on both sides of lawsuits involving businesses
suing for breach of contract, employment
disputes, breach of warranty, and UCC claims.
Daniel R. Freytag, recently joined the firm
after a 15-year association with two of Central
Ohio’s premier business litigation law firms.
Our aggressive approach to business litigation
has resulted in several noteworthy cases,
including two decisions rendered by the Ohio

At Alton & Barclay, LLP all work is performed
by us. None is delegated to junior attorneys.
Accordingly, bills are a fraction of what
businesses receive from larger law firms. In
