Expert Witness

Certain cases require testimony of an attorney as an expert witness in support of the claim. Due to the depth and breadth of his experience on both sides of the litigation table, John Alton has been retained to testify as an expert witness by plaintiffs and defendants in both bad faith claims against insurance companies and attorney malpractice cases. John Alton’s services rendered are on an hourly rate basis for review of documents, preparation of reports and providing deposition or trial testimony.
